A recipient of the International Women of Courage Award for 2014, Beatrice has been described by the New York Times as “Zimbabwe’s top human rights lawyer.” She has also received the Ludovic-Trarieux International Human Rights Prize, an achievement which she shares with Former South African President Nelson Mandela.
