Background Information

Mark Tendai Rujuwa is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer who holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the Protection Unit before joining private practice. At the UNHCR he mainly focused on provision of legal advice on protection issues to persons of concern as well as liaising with the competent authorities on refugee legal status.

At the firm, his main areas of interest are Commercial law litigation, Family law, Criminal and Human Rights Law. Mark has an avid proclivity for Environmental Law. Together with Simba, Mark oversees the debt and foreclosures departments in the firm.
