Background Information

Wellington Musengwa is a registered Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer who holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He has previously worked with MawereSibanda Commercial Lawyers in Harare before joining the firm in February 2019.

Wellington’s main areas of interest are commercial litigation and arbitration as well as general trial and appellate litigation. He also maintains a keen interest in employment law, intellectual property law and taxation law.
